Pillars Community Health

Pillars Community Health is an innovative health and social services agency, one of the first nonprofits in the state of Illinois to integrate primary medical and dental care with mental health and social services.

Healing, caring, and educating are the heart of what we do. On any given day, we are sheltering families from domestic violence, providing restorative dental care, changing the conversation about sexual assault on college campuses, teaching young children who are enrolled in Head Start, counseling those recovering from opioid abuse, empowering clients with mental illness, and helping patients manage chronic illnesses—and these are just some examples of the work we do, work that is so needed in our communities. At the heart of all of it is our desire to heal, care, and educate; to stand as strong as pillars on behalf of every person who is reaching for a better future; to influence the whole health of the people we serve and bring about a healthier community.

Programs Include:

  • Mental Health Services for children, families and adults
  • Addictions Treatment and Prevention Services
  • Sexual Assault Services
  • Domestic Violence Services (Constance Morris House)
  • Head Start and Daycare Services
  • Crisis Support
  • Housing and Supportive Services (LATH)
