 Crisis Text Line (CTL) is a not-for-profit organization providing free crisis intervention via SMS message. The organization's services are available 24 hours a day every day, throughout the US.  When users text "NOW" to 74141, they will begin a text conversation with a trained crisis counselor. This unique keyword allows CTL to confidentially collect data from our region to (1) increase public awareness about how crisis and help-seeking occurs in real-time; (2) decrease stigma around help-seeking; and (3) provide community leaders, journalists and organizations with insights to support their efforts to bring attention to and improve public mental health.

The programs and social services offered by Aging Care Connections are provided to adults age 60 and older and their family members. Programs and services are designed to provide options for care to seniors in order to enhance their ability to remain as independent as possible in their own communities. Aging Care Connections employs professionally-trained staff who can assess the needs of older adults facing a change in health or functional ability on an individual basis. A case manager can offer information, assistance and referral to in-home services designed to address the needs identified. Programs and services can also provide support and assistance to family members caring for older adults. Caregivers can receive valuable information on a wide range of programs, services, support and resources currently available.

Since 1988, BEDS PLUS has given the homeless a safe place to sleep, hot homemade meals, professional counseling, and the job services they need to become self-sufficient.

With our large corps of volunteers, our dedicated staff and the long term support of local faith-based communities, we have helped thousands of homeless individuals and families come in from the cold and get back on their feet. Our local hospitals, schools, police and fire departments, churches, social service agencies and families consider BEDS Plus their “go to” resource for those among us in desperate straits.

Incorporated in 1955 by parents seeking services for their children with disabilities, the Helping Hand Rehabilitation Center today offers an array of services to approximately 400 children with mild to severe disabilities.
